About The Pub

The Sun Tavern is perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from Covent Garden tube station, offering a convenient escape from the buzz of London’s West End. With a charming Art-Deco vibe, it's the ideal spot for a social drink, catching up with friends, or enjoying a home-cooked meal by the roaring fire.

Our spacious upstairs bar and dining area provide a tranquil retreat. You are also able to reserve the bar exclusively making it the ideal event space, especially as we do not request a hire fee. We can seat up to 40 guests seated or up to 70 people standing and offer a fantastic buffet menu suited to all budgets!

We are proud of our freshly prepared, British pub menu. Where possible we use locally sourced suppliers and ingredients and whilst we make sure not to compromise on quality – our menu is excellent value for money

Our wine menu been carefully selected to offer a variety of both old and new world wines. We recommend you try the Chapel Down Brut NV. A great example of a classic English sparkling wine, grown and produced in Kent.

We popped in here on our way from a restaurant to another bar. A great little find for us. Nice old London pub, with a good selection of beers and wines. Staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't eat but they had a good menu.
